    Submission Policy

    Where Strengthening Future Families has specifically invited or requested submissions, Strengthening Future Families encourages members of the public to post, submit, publish, display or transmit user published Content or user Content (e.g., postings to chat rooms, comments to our blogs, participation in communities, videos, tips, etc.) that they have created for consideration in connection with the Website and any related programs, books and broadcasts (“User Submissions”) to Strengthening Future Families via the message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features of the Website.

No other obligation or duty of any kind is assumed by or may be implied against Strengthening Future Families, including without limitation any obligation or duty to make any kind or type of payment or provide other compensation, because of Strengthening Future Families’s acceptance, review, or consideration of the Submission or any discussions or negotiations between you and Strengthening Future Families and me regarding the User Submissions.

    You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to review or approve Materials before they are used by Strengthening Future Families, and that Strengthening Future Families has no liability to me for any editing or alteration of the Materials or for any distortion or other effects resulting from Strengthening Future Families’s editing, alteration, or use of the Materials, or Strengthening Future Families’s presentation of you. Any credit or other acknowledgment of you, if any, shall be determined by Strengthening Future Families in Strengthening Future Families’s sole discretion. Strengthening Future Families has no obligation to create or use the Materials.

    You represent and warrant that:

    • You own or control all rights in and to the User Submissions and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns, free of all liens, claims, and other encumbrances, and no rights to the User Submissions have previously been granted to any other person or entity.

    Strengthening Future Families may, but is not obligated to, return the User Submissions to you. Strengthening Future Families shall not be liable in any way for any loss of the User Submissions, irrespective of whether it is lost, misplaced, stolen, or destroyed in transit or while in Strengthening Future Families’s possession or otherwise. WE HAVE NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, CORRUPTION, OR RECOVERY OF USER SUBMISSIONS.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction
